• Chamomile (Roman) – very calming for the nervous system and preparation for restful sleep
• Lavender- very gentle and calming
• Neroli – carminative (helps stomach aches, digestion, and release of gas), antispasmodic (relaxes muscles) a natural sedative to relax the body and soul
