Exchanges & Refunds

We understand how hard it can be to buy before you try so would like to make this process easy and worry free for you. If the product is faulty or you are unhappy with your purchase please email shop@neche.co.nz within 3 days of receiving. We will assist you with a solution within 1-2working days. 

All products returned for exchange are to be unworn/unwashed/unbroken with tags still attached. Sale items are non-refundable.

Courier charges for the return are the responsibility of the purchaser unless the product is faulty. Courier to deliver & a 3% processing fee will be deducted from the price off the purchase unless the product is faulty.  The purchaser is responsible for the product until it has been received by Neche. Tracking is recommended.

We will do our best to process all refunds and exchanges as efficiently and fairly as possible.  Thank you for supporting locally made.
